First conscious capitalism practical guide published

After launching conscious capitalism in Brazil as a cofounder in 2013, Thomas Eckschmidt was invited to a TEDx talk to share his insight about conscious capitalism and the new economy at the TEDx Lacador 2014.
This event was just the tip of the iceberg in terms of demand for the subject in the early 2010s. Multiple talks and interviews have been done at that time and there was a major demand was for a practical material to help leaders implement this philosophy in their organizations.
The TEDx talk with over 400k views was the final calling for this guide to be created.
In 2015, a series of training sessions led by Thomas Eckschmidt started the firts programs for leaders, entrepreneurs and consultants to teach and train them on how to implement the fundamentals of conscious capitalism.
In 2016, the book was first released in Portuguese as "Fundamentals of conscious capitalism", published by Editora Voo, supported by "Capitalismo Consciente Brasil" (the conscious capitalism Brazil chapter) and it was a great success. This book has become a didactic reference for teaching how to implement the fundamentals of conscious capitalism in an organization and its forward was written by Raj Sisodia, who also recorded the forward message in video:
This book became the foundation for conscious capitalism implementation training in Latin America and it's first edition of this trainign program happened using the book's manuscript, even before the book was ready.
